6 Free Questions for Reporters to Ask FDA's Vinay Prasad
A Plea for "Evidence-Based Journalism"
The thing I warned you about months ago has finally happened, and it’s all the more embarrassing for all involved:
The FDA has crossed the line from controversy to feelings-based quackery; that anecdotes which verify their opinions overrule hard evidence & scientific rigor. The only silver lining here is that the “Evidence-Based Medicine” grift can finally be put to rest. Every American should be outraged at what has taken place.
If unverified VAERS case reports are your “gold-standard evidence” that “proves” the COVID-19 vaccines have killed dozens of children, then you have accomplished nothing more except establishing just how gullible and willfully ignorant you are. Nobody should ever take your opinions on matters of vaccines, science, or medicine seriously ever again. That black mark of shame is never washing off. The howling jackals of Twitter, many of which are pro-viral “influencers” posting with their real face and name attached, have earned this eternal stain on their character.
Vinay Prasad spent the past five years destroying whatever respect and credibility he had with medical professionals to perform sensationalist antics for his social media audience. Now he is doubling down on these antics as a senior leader of the Food & Drug Administration. This is fraud; civic service is not a brand building opportunity.
Much of the press has struggled to report on this accurately, even after outlets such as the PAI and Science Based Medicine have spent years archiving and warning the public that Vinay Prasad is not credible, nor trustworthy. Basic poking and prodding at Prasad & Hoeg’s “analysis” in this latest “leaked memo” unravels their entire scam.
Here is what needs to be asked of the FDA’s Vinay Prasad this week by reporters, or even better, a Congressional inquiry:
Vinay Prasad, do you truly believe that American pediatricians, the CDC, and the staff of all 50 state health departments are incompetent, stupid, and were actually hallucinating children dying of COVID-19, according to a non-peer-reviewed paper that you and Tracy Beth Hoeg shared on social media in 2023?
Vinay Prasad, do you truly consider children suffering long-term complications from COVID-19 to actually all be “lying fake disease grifters,” according to a tweet you shared by disgraced anti-vaccine crank Alex Berenson?
Vinay Prasad, knowing full well the extensive warnings about abusing the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System, a hyper-sensitive early warning mechanism used to ensure that people aren’t being harmed by vaccines, do you still consider these unverified VAERS reports to be sufficient evidence to claim that the COVID-19 vaccine has killed dozens of American children?
Vinay Prasad, can you please describe in technical, specific details precisely how SARS-CoV-2 is utterly harmless to children - a “cold” in your words - but the COVID-19 vaccine, on the other hand, is responsible for the deaths of American kids? After claiming pediatricians simply imagined children being hospitalized by COVID-19, by what mechanism did this vaccine kill these children?
Vinay Prasad, just how many hours did you spend in the pediatric ward at the University of California San Francisco treating young COVID-19 patients, compared to the hours you spent recording podcasts, writing Substack articles, or other assorted social media activities?
Here is Vinay Prasad’s right-hand woman, Tracy Beth Hoeg, gleefully posing with an anti-vaccine grifter in front of the FDA seal who profits from falsely claiming his child died of the COVID-19 vaccine. Sickening stuff. Vinay Prasad, just when will the FDA be issuing a formal apology to the American families that you have misled with this dishonest, narcissistic charade to prop up the grift of your favorite anti-vaccine grifters on social media?
This should mark the end of the professional careers of Vinay Prasad and Tracy Beth Hoeg, who should have been terminated years ago from their respective universities. Even if you are some sort of vaccine “skeptic,” you have to acknowledge just how embarrassing this is for your “team,” hooting and hollering like pigs at the feeding trough. Claiming that a several thousand word e-mail rant and random, unverified VAERS reports are “evidence” that SARS-CoV-2 was harmless to kids while the vaccines killed dozens only shows how truly pathetic and weak-minded you are.
As Brian Deer wrote in The Doctor Who Fooled the World, Andrew Wakefield profited from abusing mothers into thinking that they were responsible for their child’s autism by vaccinating them. His modern successors, Vinay Prasad & Tracy Beth Hoeg, are now exploiting the FDA to lead the charge demonizing doctors & scientists while blaming parents for vaccinating kids against COVID-19. Having nothing to contribute to modern medicine, these sadistic barbarians want to surrender children to the tyranny of vaccine-preventable deaths and disability.
What Vinay Prasad and Tracy Beth Hoeg are doing at the Food & Drug Administration is outright fraud, and shows they have no place in any medical or scientific profession. Anyone endorsing Prasad & Tracy’s antics or claims have completely shredded whatever credibility they had left - from Adam Cifu, Joseph Marine, and John Mandorla of Sensible Medicine, to Alex Berenson and Bret Weinstein of Substack, and anyone else gleefully sniveling like a pig in shit.

The Indignity of it All
I grew up raising steers on a farm in the Skagit Valley. After school, I’d pick up my lap-sized Australian Shepherd “Aussie” (Very creative naming, I know!) and we’d go out to the pasture. I’d fill up a bucket with grain feed, fill the trough, and start drumming out on the bucket… Darth Vader’s entrance theme.
Aussie would take off like a rocket, and she’d come hustling back with a small herd of 700lbs steers, all lining up for dinnertime. Day after day, like clockwork. Months would pass. They’d grow to be very large. Then that one fateful day would come, and they would have their lives snatched right out of them. We’d grill them. Eat them.
The steers never stopped and thought twice about what was happening, all those months. Watching the howling jackals on Twitter screech and yelp this past weekend that an unprofessional e-mail rant from their fellow traveler is “evidence” of kids dying from the COVID-19 vaccine? It’s the same scene, all over again. Except now its kids being sacrificed for the depraved impulses of abusive grifters.
Thoughtless, uncaring, and unaware. The American people are being told to reject all hard science and medical research; to blindly trust emotional provocation from manipulative & dishonest provocateurs. What a pathetic, undignified disgrace.
