The Medical Establishment's Leeches are Wasting American Taxdollars
Back in 2023, the UCSF academic Vinay Prasad openly mocked a book by one of his critics, a physician who actually treated COVID-19 patients. This tome quoted Prasad extensively & pointed out his many basic errors. Vinay tweeted dismissively, "...you can't indulge someone just trying to make money from selling a book," with a laughing emoji attached in a bizarre act of cognitive dissonance when you factor in Vinay Prasad's exhaustive social media profiteering via outrage farming.
This same book, We Want Them Infected, by America's 2nd leading expert on the radical pseudoscientific craze known as Prasadism, Dr. Jonathan Howard, has been mentioned in a new legal filing by a pregnant physician who was turned away from receiving a COVID-19 booster, based on a sudden shift in vaccine guidance that Vinay Prasad helped spearhead after being fast-tracked to three senior roles in the Food & Drug Administration (FDA), of which he is woefully unqualified for:
Alongside this doctor is half a dozen leading medical societies, including the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), who have filed suit against the Department of Health & Human Services and Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. - a fellow anti-vaccine quack and hero of Vinay Prasad's. Also named in the suit is Marty Makary, FDA Commissioner and Vinay Prasad’s boss. You can watch the AAP's statement here:
This is quite a fitting twist of fate for Prasad, who previously ranted & raved that the American Academy of Pediatrics is a "broken, failed organization" for wanting to protect children from the SARS-CoV-2 virus, which has now killed and disabled countless American kids. Vinay Prasad is not a pediatrician, has not treated a single child infected with COVID-19, and has zero relevant qualifications nor experience in pediatric health or development. (Under the laws of Prasadism, this is a plus!)
However, Vinay did make a lot of money on social media advocating for the mass infection of unvaccinated children with SARS-CoV-2 and saying that the deaths this caused were hallucinated by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), which he says should be abolished:
In the eyes of Vinay's paying subscribers, this made him qualified to propose "solutions" which "include dismantling the AAP and creating a new organization: resistant to political pressure, with the sole goal of promoting the well-being of children." Prasad proved his credentials for this task by aligning with, endorsing, and going to work for RFK Jr., an exploitative scam artist who a-politically blamed the COVID-19 vaccine for pediatric deaths he plucked at random from the news.
This, combined with the lawsuit filed on Jay Bhattacharya's first day as NIH Director, has illustrated a new crisis emerging as a side-effect of appointing irrational social media provocateurs for senior roles in federal public health agencies: massive amounts of taxpayer dollars wasted on lawsuits triggered by indefensible misconduct.
Unqualified Bureaucratic Leeches Are Sucking American Taxpayers Dry
Across Iraq and Afghanistan, over two hundred billion fucking dollars were either wasted or simply vanished when it came to the failed "nation-building" scam that returned Afghanistan to the Taliban and left Iraq in shambles. Stateside, the American taxpayer has little idea just how many billions are burned dealing with the incompetence of the men & women tasked to "protect & serve" their community. In fact, the nation's 25 largest police departments (out of 18,000) burned over three billion dollars settling misconduct claims and civil rights violations in 2023. You’re footing the bill for failure while your nation’s foundations crumble & one 1 of 5 American children go hungry.
"Government efficiency" was a central pillar of the Trump campaign in 2024, something RFK Jr. and his COVID Contrarian Cronies rallied behind to cover for a slash and burn crusade against federal public health agencies from the safety of their cultivated social media safe spaces. Now tasked with big-boy jobs whose responsibilities have real-world consequences, these pseudoscientific entertainers find themselves woefully unequipped for the responsibilities of being a civil servant.
After years of demonizing hardworking doctors & scientists for personal profit, the politically motivated antics of these provocateurs has entrenched them in a series of nasty legal battlesLitigation can be an incredibly costly endeavor - and who is footing the bill for this? The paying subscribers of Vinay Prasad's Sensible Medicine? The same Koch dynasty which astroturfed Jay Bhattacharya's online petition? Nope! Yet again, the American taxpayer will be lining the pockets of expensive lawyers.
Vinay Prasad could have simply admitted that his social media antics were mere entertainment, and that the COVID-19 vaccine has saved countless American lives. Marty Makary could have stood up for the qualified experts of the FDA and CDC, whose expertise and experience vastly outclass his years of shallow peacocking. Jay Bhattacharya could have bothered to actually show up to work and learned how the National Institutes of Health actually function, instead of recording four and a half hour long podcasts blabbering on in willful ignorance.
Instead, they are now sticking you with the bill for this pathetic song-and-dance.

Finding silver linings where we can, the coming spectacle ought to be quite entertaining. Jay Bhattacharya has already humiliated himself on the witness stand across both sides of the Canadian border, and Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. is getting repeated lashings before Congress on a constant basis. Oh, and to be in the front row for when Vinay Prasad is dragged before the witness stand and rigorously cross-examined for his role in this flamboyant charade? We’re not even getting started when it comes to the process of discovery.
The text of the legal filing an incredible tease for the theatrics which await. Regarding Makary, RFK Jr. and Bhattacharya's video announcement restricting the COVID-19 vaccine, the filing states definitively:
"No representative of the CDC or ACIP appears in the video, even though CDC and ACIP, not the FDA or NIH, have responsibility for making recommendations as to which vaccines are added to or removed from the CDC's immunization schedules."
Oh dear. That is quite the no-no, boys. To close this out, I leave you with one fact taken from the filing of this lawsuit that every single member of this new Medical Establishment has concealed from the American public:
"There is no precedent in history for advocating for the uncontrolled spread of an infectious disease to control an epidemic."
RFK Jr. and his Crooked COVID Contrarians have foolishly triggered a trap of their own making, now surrounded by a vicious pack of maligned lions looking to tear these obnoxious gazelles apart. If only we didn't need to set a small fortune aflame to watch such historic carnage unfold. Priority one for the next administration will be unleashing a wave of severe consequences, both legal and financial, for every last one of these charlatans, forcing them to refund the American taxpayer for the costs of these lawsuits that their own obnoxious ineptitude has caused. Settle for nothing less.
