Crybully Meltdowns & Unprofessional Misogyny
Taxpayer Funded "Safe Spaces" for Male Ignorance Must End
Well would you look at the time! We get to talk about professional wrestling again!
One of the lesser spoken about side-effects of the COVID-19 pandemic has been a surge in completely unprofessional, childish misogyny. We’ve talked about it before in a piece titled Pestilence & Gender, and the problems have only grown worse since - especially here in America. Here is the Secretary of Education, whose professional experience ranges from taking piledrivers to a failed Senate campaign, proposing that teachers be replaced en masse with... A.1. Steak Sauce?
Well, I’m sure this will end well…
The War on Women in Medicine
Billionaires have long campaigned on abolishing public education for their own personal profit and demolishing teachers’ unions. They are finally getting this with a second Trump Administration. This obscene crusade doesn’t stop with teaching, a predominantly female profession. The Department of Education has now proclaimed that a massive swath of female dominated professions no longer have “professional” degrees. This includes fields therapy, social work, physical therapy, and worst of all: public health and nursing.

Not a single medical doctor worth their salt would tell you that nurses aren’t an essential part of healthcare; a serious profession with incredible responsibility. The intention is to destroy federal student aid for the next generation of nurses, something America has already has a shortage of. Combined with the domestic terror campaign against immigrants, this means hospitals will have to struggle with greatly reduced capacity, in places such as... the ICU. Should H5N1 or some other pathogen kick off a new pandemic, hospitals will be overwhelmed all the faster, and more people will die before the inevitable return of stay-at-home orders and other essential non-pharmaceutical interventions like mask mandates. Whoopsie!
To write off the entire field of public health, with a long history of achievements that has saved millions of lives around the world, as no longer a professional field, is little more than societal cyanide. Throwing out well over a century of advancements in science and medicine to line the pockets of exploitative crooks is shameful and repulsive. Americans are being expected to sacrifice not just careers, but their health and even their lives to uphold the fantasy of boorish, ignorant old men desperate to see themselves as the leaders of a “Healthy” and “Great” America.
Traditionally, maintaining kayfabe was the work of professional wrestlers, allowing the audience to suspend their disbelief and be entertained. Now, the American public is being demanded to reject the facts in front of their eyes & maintain kayfabe for the entertainment of the arrogantly ignorant. You can see this with the public meltdowns to the United Kingdom’s COVID-19 inquiry.
Did Doctors & Nurses Hallucinate 2020?
The United Kingdom has recently concluded their COVID Inquiry, relearning the same lessons of the 1892 cholera outbreak in Hamburg, Germany: that minimizing infectious diseases, prioritizing the demands of wealthy interests, and failing to implement public health mitigations at the onset of a crisis led to many needless and preventable deaths. Surprising no one, Twitter loudmouths who have done little more than champion SARS-CoV-2 for the past five years are very, very upset about this! Hot off the heels from penning another useless opinion editorial, NIH Director Jay Bhattacharya had his own temper tantrum, squealing like a hog:

If you were a licensed doctor or nurse struggling to save lives in overcrowded British ICUs in March 2020, the Director of the National Institutes of Health thinks you were simply hallucinating the early months of the pandemic. Jay was already corrected on his obscene, fictional claim in June 2023:
“You were not in the Uk in March 2020. You were not working here. You did not see the amount of work that went into transforming operating theatres into intensive care units. The wards full of people who died from Covid. I honestly don’t know why you think you know what was best.” -Dr. Claire Taylor (@drclairetaylor)
Jay did not admit his error and apologize to the actually licensed physician who did something instead of hiding in the safety of a comfortable office, peddling fantasies about the imagined benefits of SARS. Instead, he kept repeating the same lies for years; little more than a clown performing for an audience. This “courage” won him the role of NIH Director, which just dismissed a 20-year veteran & Director of the Division of AIDS for political wrongthink.
Further humiliating Jay Bhattacharya’s “fact check” is a recent editorial in The Observer by Dr. Rachel Clarke, who also treated COVID-19 patients in the UK in 2020. Titled “I’ll never forget the horror of the Covid wards,” she writes:
“...for those of us who witnessed the pandemic unfolding inside our hospitals - I treated patients dying of Covid - today’s collective amnesia is by far the more pernicious problem.”
Be sure to read Rachel’s piece in its entirety. Bhattacharya and his ilk have profited from demonizing these doctors while rewriting this history, radicalizing their social media fans into harassing and threatening actual doctors, demanding public executions. Where was Jay Bhattacharya in 2020? See for yourself:
Dr. Clarke also tweeted:
“Which is also why the voices of the NHS and care staff who were with them matter - & come under such vicious attack. (Lost count of how many Nuremberg threats I’ve had long ago.) They can’t bear our testimony because it gives the case iron lie to their rubbish about scamdemics et al.” -@doctor_oxford, Nov. 23 2025
Bhattacharya follows a number of these abusive, misogynistic trolls. It’s also worth noting that earlier this year, Podcast Jay received a fake award from his “Brownstone Institute,” helmed by a lecherous cape-wearing neo-Confederate, alongside Eric Weinstein, a fellow crank academic who has called for public executions of doctors and scientist. Now, let’s compare Rachel’s statement to Jay Bhattacharya’s meltdown, wheeling out an anti-vax propaganda crew to document his anguish from being criticized for his real-world failures:
This crybully garbage is modern conservative grievance politics in a nutshell. I get to slander and libel you, demonize you, and declare that you hallucinated what you saw in hospitals in 2020. If you criticize me for what I actually did at that same time, demanding everyone seek out a new virus as it killed thousands in rapid fashion, this is a horrific injustice that must be punished. Nobody should have a single positive thing to say about do-nothing viral cheerleaders about Jay Bhattacharya. And yet…
Sadly, these childish antics from ignorant men have become endemic amongst our federal public health agency leadership - it’s practically a job requirement now.
Federal Safe Spaces for Emotionally Fragile Manchildren
We’ve talked before about fake calls for “debate” from COVID Cheerleaders desperate to legitimize their pestilence propaganda. Bizarrely enough, both the Food & Drug Administration and the National Institutes of Health decided that they need their own podcasts, taxpayer-funded safe space to comment upon issues which truly matter. Whining on the FDA Direct podcast, Vinay Prasad complained that The Wall Street Journal used his official FDA photo when reporting on the daily soap opera that the institution responsible for ensuring the safety of food and medicine has devolved into. Headlines include the following:
“Under Vinay Prasad, employees at a key FDA center fear speaking out, look for the exits”
“Experts worry FDA’s credibility is being shredded by scandal and ‘soap opera”
“Inside FDA, career staffers describe how political pressure is influencing their work”
“New FDA turmoil throws agency’s reliability into question”
“FDA review staff was excluded from voting on whether to approve first priority voucher drug”
Civil service is a serious responsibility, not a brand-building opportunity. Perhaps recording even more podcasts is not the solution to the lack of confidence in your leadership? Earning the respect of your staff is actually your responsibility as a leader? FDA Commissioner Marty Makary has failed to handle accountability from the press with any grace, either:
Over at the NIH, Jay Bhattacharya hid in the safe space of his personal Twitter account, having blocked numerous American taxpayers, to whine about criticism of his embarrassing rejection of over a century of medicine and science by The Atlantic:
This is not how a serious professional with real-world responsibility responds to public criticism, especially when their paycheck is bankrolled by the American taxpayer. Perpetual temper tantrums and blaming everyone else for your failings is what you’d expect from an unruly toddler, not a medical or scientific professional.
Naturally, Jay Bhattacharya and Vinay Prasad have selectively appeared on programs whose hosts’ views align with their own - and only lob softball questions. As civil servants, they are not entitled to these “safe spaces” from public inquiry & tough questions from actual journalists. For example, here is Vinay Prasad peddling unscientific and unethical garbage on The Megyn Kelly Show:
Just what else has Megyn Kelley said recently? Defending pedophiles, you say?
Oh dear, oh dear. Another “safe space” for our public health leaders is a podcast by Bari Weiss of The Free Press, which peddled anti-vaccine propaganda from Vinay Prasad & Jay Bhattacharya without an ounce of pushback:
This same outlet also said that children dying of starvation of Gaza were merely suffering from pre-existing conditions, an argument also used to minimize COVID-19 deaths. Bari Weiss’ depravity was so horrific, that it was featured on John Oliver’s Last Week Tonight. These are the “safe spaces” that our public health leadership are using to hide from actual, critical journalism and accountability to the American public.
Do we even need to get started on the “MAHA Summit,” which featured Jay Bhattacharya and Marty Makary speaking on the same schedule as scam artists, rapists, and wifebeaters - without a single academic researcher or clinician?
The Crybully Kayfabe
What this article hopefully illustrates is that the fantasies of masculinity in American culture are little more than childish antics from selfish, immature brats instead of wise, stoic leaders of men. The disrespect of women in medicine, the personal attacks on female journalists for accurate reporting, and the hiding from public accountability in tailor-made safe spaces are the acts of weak, cowardly men unfit to lead.
The rules of crybully kayfabe are that everyone is supposed to uphold these fantasies of do-nothing nonsense spewers as the real heroes of the pandemic, while screaming abuse and death threats at women who put their lives on the line in the midst of a nightmarish hellscape, accusing them of hysteria & hallucinations. Too many in the mainstream press have fallen for this sham, legitimizing their fantasies, and now we are all paying the price as America begins to drown in a rising tide of pestilence. This is truly an embarrassment of the men of America, and we should be at the front lines demanding a hell of a lot better of ourselves and one another.
It’s a matter of basic respect.
