Unspeakable Depravity from a Podcaster Most Foul
In 2020 Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. - alongside his best buddy Andrew Wakefield, who intimately violated young children to produce fraudulent study results - rallied German neo-Nazis (worked out so well the first time!) to attack public health mitigations. Soon after, Stanford University’s Jay Bhattacharya would repeatedly tweet out “Heil Hitler” dog whistles in support of Canadian neo-Nazis who threw up swastikas, defecated in public, and terrorized their fellow citizens to sabotage the COVID-19 response. For years, both men peddled inflammatory and ridiculous lies about the COVID-19 vaccines, fanning the flames of hate that led to an explosion of harassment, abuse, and real-world violence (including murder) against medical professionals and scientists.
This would come to a head on August 8th, 2025, when a man attempted a mass shooting at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Firing hundreds of bullets, including into the windows of the CDC Campus, he would only succeed in taking one life: David Rose, a 33-year-old father of two with a third on the way, was cut down defending the targets of years of obscene lies. A year later at the CDC memorial service to David Rose, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. proceeded to attack the staff of the CDC further with more outrageous falsehoods, subtly implying that they were at fault for Rose’s death. RFK Jr. and Bhattacharya both absolved themselves of any responsibility for how countless others would pay a horrific toll for their narcisscism.
All across America, there are thousands of parents who had to undergo the horror of having to bury their child after being infected with a SARS virus that RFK Jr., Bhattacharya, and their fellow social media trolls profited from insisting was harmless to them. In their fantasies of an alternative 2020, all of those children would have quickly died in the Spring of 2020 as a virgin sacrifice to the economic gods and soon forgotten. These pediatric COVID-19 deaths are overwhelmingly unvaccinated, with countless stories of parents who regret listening to the anti-vaccine lies that vile pestilence sycophants such as RFK Jr. and Jay Bhattacharya profited from peddling.
These revolting narcissists, with refried feces for brains and a sarlacc pit where a heart should be, gleefully paraded themselves as heroes along a river of blood. Sadly, many who should know better propped them up as serious thinkers with legitimate insights. This includes Stanford University’s Jonathan Levin, Brown University’s Ashish Jha and Emily Oster, Princeton University’s Steven Macedo and Frances Lee, The New York Times’ Zeynep Tufekci and Ross Douthat, and numerous others who insisted that a mercenary academic who promoted a useless online petition produced by a Koch-funded propaganda outlet was a credible voice who was somehow the real victim of the pandemic, as Jay Bhattacharya has frequently insisted:

With muscles he did not earn, much less the supposed genius he clearly lacks - as the economist frequently struggles with basic arithmetic - Captain COVID wears the championship title over his shoulder of a wrestling promotion that maintained a rape dungeon on the executive floor of its corporate headquarters for the sexual abuse of employees and produces propaganda on behalf of a monarchy that publicly beheads women. Previously, the NIH Director had posted to social media an edited photo of himself branding the same face tattoo of a sadistic rapist employed as a mascot for a federal handout to factory farming. What a role model!
Across his waist, Captain COVID wears the title of “Public Health Champion,” which can be earned only after defeating numerous children in a Casket Match. This happened when he was in charge of Florida’s COVID-19 response. While the most obvious joke of “fringe,” a-la Macho Man Randy Savage, is missing, the ring attire of Bhattacharya’s cringeworthy caricature features padded kneepads - crucial joint support for the many hours he spends on his knees publicly fellating a billionaire rapist pedophile (he just claimed Trump would end the HIV/AIDS epidemic this past week) among the other repugnant billionaires Jay services. The cape is for flying away when Bhattacharya is confronted with real questions, or risks interacting with a woman that actually knows what she’s talking about.
Bhattacharya posed with the standee on social media, on the Twitter account which he has blocked the many actual doctors who wasted their time treating COVID-19 patients instead of recording podcasts, as well as the many actual scientists Jay childishly branded “Covidian.” In the digital safe space of his delusional fantasies, not too dissimilar from those final moments of pedophiles just before Chris Hansen walks in, Bhattacharya can completely disconnect from tangible reality and abandon all self-awareness. Here is public health’s Caligula, gleefully celebrating himself over the grave of an everyday American father killed by a man radicalized by the years of anti-vaccine incitements to violence that Bhattacharya participated in. As a celebrity of the conservative speaking circuit, Bhattacharya should understand that among some traditional cultures, committing an act so disgraceful and dishonorable leaves you with only a single course of action: ritual suicide. I would settle for resignation and a public apology tour, personally. If Bhattacharya truly respected the actual beliefs of his “MAGA” colleagues, he would pack up his family’s things and move overseas, offering up his role as NIH Director to an unqualified mediocre white man. As we all know, only those who lack melanin, estrogen, and especially empathy can truly unlock the secrets of the universe.
Every university, every medical association, and every media outlet across America should be issuing a public condemnation of this vile, revolting insult to human life. Our national safe space for pestilence sycophants is costing more and more American lives every day we refuse to stamp it out. There are no more excuses: David Rose deserved an America in which he could live to raise his children.
