Has anyone else noticed this utterly astounding derangement in the hearts of pro-viral influencers, who frequently criticize SARS-CoV-2 prevention measures by declaring that there's no "high quality evidence" to justify them, or that what evidence is provided is actually little more than "low quality evidence." Oh, you didn't do a Randomized Control Trial, so you don't actually know what you're talking about - and just dismissing the supporting evidence without actually reviewing it.
